We organize practical team-building games in nature, and upon request, also indoors. The program is developed in collaboration with the client. It is important to focus on the relationships between team members, the microclimate, roles within the team, and the stages of team development. However, every so often, it’s good for the team to step out of the usual situations and gain new experiences together, which will make the team more cohesive and certainly function better in real-life situations. Here are some examples of team-building games:
- “Building the Foundation” – the team must assemble a large 3D puzzle based on a picture.
- Large puzzle – the team must assemble a simple puzzle.
- Various relay races.
- Box stacking – numbered boxes must be stacked according to a specific system.
- Standing on a rope – the whole team must manage to stand for as long as possible on a rope stretched between trees.
- Water competitions – “Carrying water with a sieve” and filling a bucket, “Water management,” “Pipe assembly.”
- Animal soccer, etc.
The approximate cost for team games (2-3 hours) is €650 for up to 50 people.
In addition to team games, the event can be extended with a GPS game, archery hunt, disc golf, or a hike. A bushcraft workshop is also a great option.
